CONDITIONS & RESPONSABILITY

Us, as tour operators for the programs included and/or our employees act only as agents for the passengers in regard to travel by airplane or boat and assume no liability for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity that may be caused either by reasons of defect in the vehicles involved, weather conditions, or act of God. The tour Operator can accept no responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to delay or changes in air or other services, sickness, weather, strike, war, quarantine or other causes. All such expenses will have to be bored by the passenger.

FLIGHT CANCELATION

If such occurs in the way in, we will accommodate passenger in our next departure or they can choose to loose the day in the program in the case of our four and five day programs, with no refund for the unused portion or for the extra days in Cusco. They can choose to stay one more day in Cuzco waiting for the next flight at their expense. and procede with the program the next day as it is or reduce in one day the program     ( amount which will be totally refundable for that day).

 If the cancellation happens on the way out, passenger we will provide sleeping mats and meals for one day. There is a second option to stay at a local lodge on Boca Manu Airstrip, if passenger decided to choose this option they will have to bear the expenses of food and lodging.

DEPARTURES

All our departures are from Cuzco airport on chartered twin or single engine airplanes, departing between 7:30 and 9:00 in the morning. We will let you know directly or through your tour operator the estimated departure time for your reserved date. They arrive at the Boca Manu airstrips after a 45-minute flight. The same airstrip is used for departures on the return flights to Cuzco.

LUGGAGE

Chartered aircraft are very strict with luggage. Any excess of 10 KGs or 22 pounds per passenger will be considered extra and subject to a charge. As hand luggage a small briefcase or daypacks will be considered suitable, garment carry-on bags will not. Also boat space is very tight so we will limit luggage per passenger to one small suitcase. The excess luggage can be left in our Cusco offices if so desired.
